I’m Kelly — the owner, organiser and friendly face behind KA‑POW Admin. I live in beautiful Falmouth in Cornwall, and I’m proud to support clients both locally and across the UK with warm, flexible and down‑to‑earth admin support.

I’ve always been the person who naturally brings order to chaos. Before launching KA‑POW Admin, I spent years working in business administration, operations and people‑focused roles, where I learned how much difference clear systems, calm communication and a bit of practical support can make. Now I get to use those skills to help small businesses, busy individuals and growing teams feel more in control of their day‑to‑day.

Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m out in nature — especially woodland walks around Cornwall. I love good coffee, good organisation, and that satisfying feeling when a messy system finally clicks into place.
